Position Summary:

Maxim is a leading international supplier of quality analog and mixed-signal products for applications that require real world signal processing. Become the latest member of the Supply Chain Management organization, a dynamic group of analysts and program managers executing high-impact, strategic projects across the organization. As “internal consultants”, the SCM team is responsible for strategy development in collaboration with senior management, process improvement across different organizations, assessment of cost savings opportunities, as well as planning, evaluating and executing key business objectives. Specific focus areas include customer delivery performance, strategic production and capacity planning, inventory strategy and management, and operational priorities and plans.
SCM’s latest challenge is to delight our customers by having best-in-class manufacturing and supply chain management practices. As Director SCM Operations, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Director, Supply Chain Operations
- Manage a Supply Chain Management team to partner and support operational General Managers from: Fab, Assembly, Test, and Foundry.

Role is responsible to drive operational Cycle Time improvement and consistent WIP flow by supporting operational partners with analytics and strategy collaboration. #LI-AN1


- Facility Sizing and Demand Analytics
- Determine optimal Operational Facility production levels
- Wkly reassess production levels and facility balance product allocations
- Analyze demand changes and impact on operational areas, initiating both ramps and slow downs S&OP
- Drive Monthly S&OP Process for short and long range operational planning
- Drive actions and develop message for monthly executive meeting Fab Operations
- Set fab goals with fab general management, and ensure operational goals are achieved
- Drive continuous CT improvement with fab management for all internal and external processes
- Manage corporate expedites process within fab - ensuring lots meet required ship dates
- Manage Twice Wkly Wafer Starts Loading worldwide at all internal and foundry partners Assembly Operations
- Manage Daily Die Loading Process worldwide to all internal and external partners
- Support Assembly Operations team by providing analytical support and solutions
- Drive continuous CT improvement with Assembly Operations for all internal and external processes Test Operations
- Manage daily execution of test facilities and pipeline efficiency to ensure consistent best in class CT
- Analytics partner with OPs for capital equip purchasing process to support supply chain requirement
- Support Test Operations team by providing analytical support and solutionsPlanning
- Responsible for Raw Material Management, inventory levels and quarterly spending
- Ensure best in class delivery metrics for customers
