Maxim's CFO Organization is seeking a candidate for our CFO rotation program to support Maxim’s business management in making critical company decisions at Dallas, TX US.
The CFO rotational leadership development program provides the opportunity to work in 3 different areas in 12 month cycles:
BU Finance – Perform analyses to support strategic decision-making, understand Maxim markets and products. Support the finance monthly reporting, budgeting, and close processes. Projects include emphasis on manufacturing & operational optimization, effective R&D resource allocations, and Mergers & Acqusitions.
Sales Finance - Responsible for forecast and analyses of business activities driving demand or influencing nearterm sales. Establish business partnerships with operational teams to highlight issues and drive actions consistent with corporate sales goals. Analyses will support the finance monthly close processes, influence
strategic decisions, and communicate trends for Maxim’s customers and their markets.
Accounting – Perform Accounts Payable projects, analysis and reporting of metrics. Partner with the Procure to Pay functions including Receiving, Procurement, Information Technology and Accounts Payable. May also include Fixed Asset, Payroll, and Stock Administration projects.
Tax & Treasury – Support key day to day cash management, corporate income tax analysis/compliance, and critical corporate balance sheet activities.
Demand Planning – Perform analytics on external and internal signals to develop models predicting demand patterns. Collaborate with sales, supply chain and business units to drive consensus. Analyses will support monthly forecast review process and company forecast reviews with executive management.

Placements will be made based on a combination of business requirements, candidates’ abilities, and candidate



- Master’s degree preferred, but Bachelor's degree accepted
- Graduation date of Spring 2012 – Spring 2013
- Less than five years of full-time professional work experience (if gap took place between degrees)
- 2-4 years of work experience prior to graduate school
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
