- Responsible for technology
transfer of BiCMOS processes from our TR&D Fabs in the
- Achieving Best-In-Class SORT
defect densities by leading improvement projects involving
Fab process/equipment/production organizations.
- Working with Product, Design,
Failure Analysis and Reliability engineering organizations to arrive
at quick and robust solutions for problems and to maximize process
- Responsible for determining
root-causes for Fab parametric testing line yield loss and putting
permanent solutions in place.
- Responsible for maximizing
process capability (Cpks) for
both in-line process and parametric testing critical
- Responsible for optimizing the
process flows with a goal to simplify manufacturing and to reduce
- Responsible for
electrical/reliability measurements and utilizing internal failure
analysis methods and techniques.
Experience in research
& development, transfer and ramp to high volumes of 0.18um or
below advanced mixed signal technologies is highly
MS or PhD in
Electrical Engineering, Device Engineering, Materials
Science, or equivalent.
5+ years experience
Wafer Fab Engineering experience, ideally in process
integration/yield enhancement/technology transfers.
Strong background in
physics, integration and characterization of Bipolar, CMOS and
understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
planning, scheduling, documentation, coordination, execution and
leadership skills with demonstrated ability to identify manufacturing
improvements, manage change, and implement solutions.
Working knowledge of
applied statistics (SPC/DOE).
