Position Summary:
The technician will be responsible for
the loading/unloading of samples and their administrative handling,
e.g. updating databases, filling out travelers, and documenting
results for various reliability stress tests.  He/she will also
be responsible for equipment maintenance and repair.  This
includes the ongoing preventative maintenance, calibration and repair
of the equipment.  The technician will also be responsible for
operating an IR reflow oven, including creation and validation of
reflow profiles for each job, the preventative maintenance and repair
of the oven, and completion of jobs in a timely manner.  Duties
pertaining to the IR reflow oven would include loading/unloading of
parts in temperature bake/moisture loading/reflow and the
documentation of those tests and their results.  The
technician  will have the opportunity to identify and improve or
define processes and infrastructure pertaining to their work. />

- 2-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong problem solving and computer skills, e.g. MS-Windows/Office
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills - written and verbal
- Demonstrated project multitasking and organizational skills
- Hands-on flexible fast learning team player
- Understanding of electronics (circuits), maintenance of equipment and repair.
- Experience running reliability tests, including IR reflow ovens a plus.
