Position Summary:

Join a team of worldwide leaders in design, development and manufacturing of analog, mixed signal, high frequency and digital circuits.

Maxim is looking for experienced Digital Design Engineers to be a part of a strong digital/mixed signal and IC integration team.     

The successful candidate will be involved in implementing Digital functions within mixed signal ASICs.  The initial tasks will be Real-Time Clocks, I2C/SPI, Power Sequencers, and digital IP integration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in RTL based digital design experience
• 3+ years in digital verification experience
• 2+ years in designing digital circuits which interface analog circuits such as linear regulators, buck converters,    and data converters.
• Experience in digital signal processing and filter design.
• Experience in writing simple digital models for analog IPs.
• Logic Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, and Logic Equivalency Checking.
• Design for test, scan insertion, ATPG, Functional Test Vectors
• Interfacing with Place & Route Engineer, Back-annotated simulation verification
• Taken at least 1 project through entire flow from specification to production
• Mixed-signal simulation (Cadence AMS) experience is a plus but not mandatory.
