Automotive department is seeking an Entry-Level IC Design Engineer
who will be involved in definition, design, simulation, layout
supervision, characterization and release to production of
high-performance state of the art BiCMOS integrated circuits used in
automotive power management, audio and interface applications in
Chandler, AZ. Analog circuits include the following:
/>• Audio amplifiers
• Interface circuits />• I2C, SPI, USB
• Class D
• Bandgaps and
• High Performance Amplifiers

Temperature sensors
• Digital-to-analog converters />• Charge Pumps
• LDO’s />• Switching Regulators
• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Strong fundamental electronics and
analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
• Experience with circuit
simulation tools such as HSPICE, Verilog, VHDL, etc.; statistics
experience; familiarity with Unix / Linux highly preferred />• Sponsorship not offered for this opportunity
