Position Summary:

- Develop and debug custom C/assembly firmware per evaluation kit and reference design specifications for use in microcontroller systems.
- Write manuals, documentation and quick starts for users.
- Write test procedures and test programs for reference designs and evaluation kits at production test.



Requirements:

- 5+ years of FPGA design, Board design/debug.
- Successful track record in FPGA development projects for industrial or communication equipment.
- Strong knowledge of VHDL/Verilog, Xilinx ISE or Vivado and EDK.
- Strong working knowledge of microprocessor based design and firmware development/debug.
- Proven experience with designing precision ADCs is desired.
- Experience with lab equipment such as Oscilloscope, logic analyzers,…is required.
- Willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced, team oriented working environment.
- Collaborator. Work with the other teams across Maxim to provide system level solutions to our customers.
- Good communicator. Ability to distill information and communicate with both internal and customer engineers.
